Hello and welcome to That Female Biker!
My name's
Charly and I run TFB. I am 19, based in Derbyshire and currently hold a
full A2 licence which enables me to ride any bike up to 46.6bhp so I am
the proud owner of a (restricted) Suzuki SV650.
I've been riding for just over 3 years now and that may seem like nothing compared
to how long some people have been riding but I have also been riding as a
pillion on the back of my dad's bike from the age of 5 so I've been
around them for a long time! I've also done a few big trips which has
definitely bumped up the seat time to something probably way above
average for someone like me.
I started TFB as motorbikes are a passion of mine and I kind of wanted to indulge into that a bit more and I wanted to connect with more of the community you are a part of when you become a biker. Also, for anyone who wasn't sure about biking (especially if they are female), I am hoping to be a friendly face in the strange world of biking who can offer some advice and show that anything is possible!
